Oh, yeah. One other thing: The RW ethos is that might makes right. Trump mocking disabled NYT reporter, Serge Kovaleski, epitomized this. Punching down is now done both for fun AND for profit. The RWNJs have made it cool to spit on orphans and homeless people, go sport hunting for illegal aliens and minorities, to subjugate women, and to root for Vladimir Putin (Fer Chrissakes) in his unprovoked war of aggression against Ukraine. As a lifetime Independent, I was pretty okay with the Republicans being against everything that Democrats stood for. I’m less okay with them now being against everything that, historically, the United States of America stood for. I am FAR less okay with their totally indecent pursuit of what they cynically call ‘decency.’ ---
