I know some people think just about everything should be a crime (at least for other people), but Jesus Fuck, if perving on a teenage girl for whom you are responsible and living under your roof is not a crime, it bloody well should be. ---

Why would she say something so easily debunkable. I mean, trump isn’t, obvi, but he’s far from the only one. In fact - Andrew Jackson - James Buchanan - Chester A. Arthur - Woodrow Wilson - Herbert Hoover All had one or more parents that were born outside the US. As did _every_ president before Van Buren. But we all know who she meant: - Barack Obama ---

Because the people who listen to her will discount any debunking as fake. She and her ilk are believed to be totally trustworthy and any info to the contrary _must_ be rejected as false. The R followers live in an Alice in Wonderland mirror bizarro world. ---

is that math correct? if his mother was born in scotland he is the first generation born here from her side. if his grandparents were born in germany he would be second generation here. his father being first generation. or is my math off? ---

It’s a bit of an ambiguity you frequently get with immigrant families. The first generation to be American vs first generation American-born On his mother’s side he’s 2nd generation American but 1st generation American-born. Either way, on average, he’s more of an immigrant than Barack Obama, whose family on his mother’s side have been around for more generations than Trump’s family on his father’s side (they tie on having one non-American born other parent). But of course, that’s not really how they judge who’s _really_ an American, dontchaknow ---
