You know that old saying that, in an autocracy, anything not compulsory is forbidden? It sounds like Trump’s administration wants to make hormone therapy both compulsory and forbidden. Not like this is a new thing, though… George W. Bush’s administration made human cloning research both compulsory and forbidden. ---
