“Ophelia” is such a pretty name. It’s almost a song.
I think it sounds best with a one-syllable surname, a longer (and prettier) one would be distracting.
Have you read Cider House Rules by John Irving? It’s about an orphanage, and the two nurses in charge of naming the brats have very divergent philosphies on the subject. I can’t remember very well, but the orphans ended up with great names, like “Homer Wells” (protagonist) and “Fuzzy Stone” … sorry I can’t remember any more, but if I needed a surname that’s where I would turn.

I second the suggestion of taking the (sur)name of a relative who means much to you. I had toyed with the idea of taking my mom’s maiden name when I was much younger (until I found out my paternal ancestors were a much better lot than my dad). You might find something that fits quite nicely.
