And I notice the of the airline is a Peter Chan, referred to throughout the story as … wait for it … Mr Peter. 😃 (The name sounds Chinese, but he’s a Thai national, and Thais always use the first name with honorifics.) ---

I happen to know the writer of the story – he was aboard the, heh, maiden flight last week. Says a lot of people have expressed interest in a follow-up on the story and so wrote this. There may be others to come. ---

Update: [The airline is not doing too well](http://www.bangkokpost.com/news/local/317566/pc-air-passengers-seek-compo). PC Air – the PC stands for Peter Chan, the owner – has been charter-only since they started flying. About 400 Thais were stranded in Incheon, South Korea this week when authorities there grounded the airline’s sole plane until ground-handling and other fees owed were paid. I think some are still there. And they’re pissed off. ---

No, the fortune-teller, Piyo Chantraporn, uses Peter Chan for a business name. Easier for non-Thai speakers and somewhat close to the original.
