Claim that while subject in OP does indeed happen in Europe, it is a _problem_ only in US. Refer to **joazito** ’s post, taking as given that (s)he agrees with lots of specific claims which (s)he didn’t mention at all. Claim that it’s a **huge** problem in US, affecting all states, social classes, and aspects of society. (Appears to use Hollywood as main source of information about US.) Describe how problem is solved in one specific, small European country, with lots of [cites](http://www.seriefokus.no/Illustrasjoner/intervjuene/haaland/larson2b.gif) in a language understood only by inhabitants of said country. Claims that US would to better to imitate small European country, while ignoring immense differences between small European country and US which makes it exceedingly likely that the solution described would be doomed to failure if implemented in US.
