I’ve tried to read some of JRRT’s scholarly works in the past, like “Sir Gawain and The Green Knight”. Talk about dry! He was an academic, after all.

I’ve read Hobbit, LOTR, TS, UT, and all 12 volumes of HOMES, along with Roverandom, Mr. Bliss, and the Adventures of TB, but I don’t think I’ll be reading this one.
