Welcome, **BobBitchin’** … judging from what you have said in here so far, I think you just might make it. You have already started out by **not** doing some of the hot triggers that mark the start of a crappy New Doper experience: [ul] [li]Wall of text;[/li][li]Little to no punctuation;[/li][li]Rambling post that don’t show evidence of more than a couple of brain cells;[/li][li]Waking a zombie;[/li][li]And, most importantly, you didn’t start out asking a bunch of strangers on the internet how you should handle your girlfriend’s desire to do coke while traveling with her ex-boyfriend to Timbuktu to maybe have a baby as a homework assignment.[/li][/ul] I can’t remember where we left the squid from the last New Doper initiation. Well this is pretty cool, I feel like everybody is coming out to see the new guy, talk about a welcome.🙂 I’ve been lurking for a while I’ve definitely been reading the guitar thread, and I definitely saw the thread about the cokehead girlfriend, lol. I appreciate the comments about the etiquette and such. I’ve participated in a few other forums, but not with a varied clientele, it was always a narrow Focus so most of the posters there were like me as opposed to here with a wide variety backgrounds and interests. And lastly DropZone, I’m pretty sure I am actually funny, but there are secrets, I’m much funnier after I have 2 drinks but if you have six drinks, I’m fucking hilarious.😃 But seriously after working as a guitar player, guitar tech and a roadie, I’ve wound up emceeing shows and or having to kill time because of technical problems, I’ve worked a few tough rooms full of metalheads I think I’m pretty funny.😃 Actually I’m just trying to impress Snowboarder Bo ,so he’ll ask me to go throw stuff in the Gravel Pit with him.lol ---
