I spent nearly fifty years not even being curious about what he used his left hand for. It was only last year that I started to wonder. And immediately came to the conclusion that it was, umm, personal recreational activities. ---

Well he’s either just referring to “using” it generically, the joke being why he’s so involved in the issue. Self deprecation basically. Or else he was referring to fisting. I mean there are so many dirty jokes in the S&G catalog. More fun to think it’s about pornography? I have to give Paul Simon a little more credit than that. ---
