As far as ignorance goes, Kputt, you’re leading THAT parade. Although now that you’ve been informed, and can no longer claim ignorance, I think “mean” describes you more accurately. You said, “ok. I wasn’t trying to say they pretend to be something. I’m saying it’s a lifestyle because they can choose to live that way, just a straight person can choose to live as a gay.” What is the difference between pretending you’re something else and not letting anyone know you’re something else? Lay that out for me. ---

They should shut down this thread. I could care less that people don’t respect other people’s opinions. I guess people are too overly sensitive in here. You tell them that a lot of gay people choose to live straight and they act all upset and angry about it when it is the stinking truth. ---

Why are you being so sensitive to the fact that I said I treat Gays just like anyone else, and are equally important as anyone, but that I don’t feel they are truely gay. I’m sorry if I’m wrong, but I’m not ignornat of anything. ---

I’m not in the mood today to argue gay. People want to live that way, fine. But don’t tell me about it please. It’s not that I would discriminate against you. YOu can tell me, but don’t be kissing each other in front of me. Well, it bugs me when “straight” people do that also, so it’s just not a gay thing that bugs me in public. ---
