Pick one mythical/legendary creature you wish actually existed(no gods/goddesses, please). I’d pick the Hippogriff, because rodeos would be a lot more interesting. ---

So **Czarcasm** offers us the majestic mythological beast of our choice, and **Bullitt** is content to be appreciative of a mere earworm? :dubious: I’ll go for the **Hound of the Hedges** , mythological hound made of grass, ferns, etc., in _The Circus of Dr. Lao_ by Charles G. Finney, of whom (or of which?) Apparently I’m not the only one that made that connection. I’ll take Falkor, the Luck Dragon from Neverending Story. My own dragon to fly around on would be very cool, and I’ll take the good luck he brings too. ---

I think a [Cerberus](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cerberus) would be mega-cool as a pet. Three(ish) heads for a hell of a deterrence factor, but only one stomach so it wouldn’t eat more than a run-of-the-mill German Shepherd. ---

I think it more likely that it would eat run-of-the-mill German Shepherds than eat _like_ them. ---
