# News story - cops arrest kids for underage drinking after seeing Facebook picture - really?

It was kind of strange, IIRC. Phelps apologized for “inappropriate behavior”, but since he didn’t specifically mention pot, that was good enough. 😕

Do you mean that your daughter was caught on MySpace with a beer bottle in her hand and would like to know what can be since her school won’t budge?

What won’t they budge from? That could have some bearing here.
