It was kind of strange, IIRC. Phelps apologized for “inappropriate behavior”, but since he didn’t specifically mention pot, that was good enough. 
Do you mean that your daughter was caught on MySpace with a beer bottle in her hand and would like to know what can be since her school won’t budge?
What won’t they budge from? That could have some bearing here.
So, in essence, nothing happened to Phelps.
