How does a consumer in this day and age not know how to read the mileage estimate numbers on the sticker?? Unless the purchase scenario goes like this: “Me want Hummer. Me want Hummer NOW!” ---

Oh, I also love the fact that the headlights are aimed high. Did they do research on how to make it the most obnoxious vehicle on the planet? -We’ll make it very fuel innefficient, so it will pollute 4 times a much as a normal car!! -No!, No!, here’s what we’ll do: We’ll aim the headlights really high so they will blind other drivers at night! ---

[/quote] Well, that may be true, but…um…if you can’t figure out that a 6,400 pound vehicle is gonna be bad on gas mileage without a sticker telling you…I really want to know how these dumbasses were actually able to make enough money to buy one. Is McDonalds paying that well these days? If only there was a stupidity tax. We could pay off the entire National Deficit inside of a year. ---

**Keith Berry** , I couldn’t agree with you more! I’m usually not an anti-SUV person but I think they should be banned just because they are so ugly. I nearly hand to gouge my eyes out the other day when I saw a bright yellow one with tinted windows and numerous NASCAR stickers on it. ---

Someone at our marina drives one (it’s bumblebee yellow! :eek: ) and I thought it was pretty stupid looking. I didn’t realize it was such a pig. Nor did I know the mileage didn’t have to be shown - so I guess that explains that. I don’t get it… ---

Man, if they can afford the vehicles, then they should NOT be complaining about its use of gas. I think I`ll buy a 35 foot RV and then complain that I can`t even get out of the state without stopping for gas. Twice. ---
