So we voted and got :smack: and :dubious: added to the selection of smileys. Now I’ve been noticing how often people say, “We really need a puking smiley!” The next time we vote on a new smiley (assuming there will be a next time), will a puking smiley be one of the candidates? Or, heck, shall we just vote for or against a puking smiley and be done with it? ---

If there is a next time, someone has to draw a puking smiley for the Teeming Millions to vote on. You can’t just vote for a concept and hope that the smiley will fall out of the sky. With that being said, you can always nominate one of the candidates from a previous vote, and we previously had a puking smiley candidate. ---

Not to beat a dead horse, but we could use an icon of One-of-those-death-rays-which-shall-not-be-named in order to imply that a joke has gone too far…or maybe to say that there is an obvious joke to be made but this about wraps it up. ---

Ewwww, on the site **Maastricht** said there is one actually spewing spew onto another smiley then the other smiley spews back. There’s another one that falls in a puddle if it’s own vomit. There’s even one that licks the puke of its face. I think I’d rather had the death ray. ---

Just a heads-up: There are an awful lot of people who vehemently dislike animated smilies, to the extent that we’re highly unlikely to ever see any on this board. This board also, in accordance with its usual strict policy on copyrights, will only use smileys designed by our own members specifically for the use of the SDMB. So if you want a death-ray smiley, then make one yourself and enter it in the next election. And make it a single frame. ---

Yeah, what **Chronos** said about animated smilies. I would like to see some new smilies of the ordinary immobile sort, though.
