Seriously, is the reason that shopping carts are abandoned in the parking lot (including in parking spaces, or obstructing vehicles) 1) people are robust enough to take the carts out to their cars, but too frail and/or handicapped to go an additional short distance to leave their carts in the designated corral, or 2) that it’s the store’s fault for not hiring enough Cart Cowboys?
Omg my late father would have loved to be have had somewhere to complain about that stuff. He was convinced one set of neighbours were a car stealing ring because they had several cars between the several adults in the household and then, gasp, they would turn up in a different car! And the parking on the grass.
These are the same ones I see in my ND site, along with
–the city and the police and community need to get it together and do something about all the homeless camps popping up all over the place (a valid concern, and frustrating, because if you call the city, they tell you to call the police; call the cops and they tell you the city needs to get on the ball)
