NFL 2020: Super Bowl!

David should have had that pick, definitely was off Hill’s hand.

It’s sad/funny how much great plays really require the right context to be recognized. That crazy ass throw where Mahomes was basically completely horizontal and hit his receiver in the face is one of the most bonkers plays I’ve ever seen, but because it wasn’t caught, and because it was part of a losing effort, it won’t be remarked upon or remembered much. If that had been caught, and been the go-ahead score, it would’ve been remembered as one of the top 5 plays of all time. And yet it’s the same action by Mahomes in both cases.

Mahomes running back 15 yards at the start of every play looks like how I play Madden. I’ve never seen a playoff game with such consistent and fast breakout pursuit of the QB. Kudos to him for not taking 10 sacks.

Well, there you go.

Has this weird camera focus thing been going on all season?

I take a lot of satisfaction in the fact that my WFT did much better against the Bucs than KC did.

Game wasn’t that close, but still was entertaining. Didn’t have the feeling of an 80’s style ass-whipping, probably because Mahomes is so crazy good even when getting mobbed.

Nobody here is gonna want to praise Brady, but Jeeeesus - 7 rings. 200 Yards, 3 TDs, 0 INT. The guy just has another level in the biggest moments. Unbelievable.

Not the close game I was hoping for. A few overzealous penalities. But at the end of the day, Mahomes was not getting enough blocking and open receivers. Brady and the Bucs certainly deserve credit for an excellent all round game. Won easily. I don’t think that they should have called the offside on the field goal, though, and the retaliation 15 yds. versus Jensen was a little dubious too.

Yeah - I think the GOAT discussion ended forever today.

Certainly, hard to argue it.

And yes, should have been closer, but what can you do?

Pats fan here thrilled for Brady. I keep waiting for age to catch him and it just doesn’t. His goals and the Pats’ goals weren’t compatible any more this year and that’s fine.

System QB…not.

Here’s hoping that Brady will retire now. I’m fucking sick of him.

as seen on Facebook :

“The Chiefs have every right to pursue all legal options to ensure their blowout victory (obvious) is acknowledged by the NFL. The networks don’t call the victory, and should hold off the celebrations until the true, legal score is layed out for all to see!”

Yeah, not going to happen.

Unlikely. To go along with a fistful of others, he almost certainly wants the career passing yards record - which he’ll easily achieve next season.

And if TB can play up to the the standard of this season, who’s to say he can’t contend for an 8th ring?

Oh that’s good.

Agreed, it’s funny the commentators said it was clearly incomplete when it wasn’t, but I don’t blame TB for not challenging. The game was over so a red flag would’ve been petty.

I guess Brady has once and for all established himself as the greatest QB of all time. Maybe the best player of all time.

And in the award ceremony interview he made it quite clear he intends on “coming back”.

Eventually it will be over. But “not today”.

Not good, godamn brilliant. Thanks for sharing.

Have we chacked if Mahomes is human? Man, he’s just surreal. That throw to the left corner to Pringles and the one on the rigth dropped at the goalline (at least 1st and goal at the 1) were another thing. He had no OL and no explosion on any of his skill players.

Brady was perfect Brady. Well protected, he is unstoppable.
