Tenessee should’ve gone for 2 there, just ran Henry down their throats again. The defense was beat up and exhausted and I thought Vrabel was the sort of coach who could make that kind of call. ---

Good game tonight. Wasn’t sure Baltimore could hang with KC after their performance last week but it seems Las Vegas is a better team than anyone gave them credit for. Also, Lamar is shredding them on those RPO plays. ---

I thought the taunting call at least was fairly weak. I’m not sure exactly what the NFL is telling officials this year, but … what a poorly chosen point-of-emphasis that is. Who the fuck cares if a DB is excited for three seconds after making a good play? Why do they feel the need to “get that out of the game?” smh… ---

Quarterback injury updates: [Indy’s Carson Wentz](https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/32244938/indianapolis-colts-qb-carson-wentz-sprains-ankles-frank-reich-says) sprained both of his ankles yesterday, and may not be ready to go next week. [Miami’s Tua Tagovailola](https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/32243916/dolphins-qb-tua-tagovailoa-avoids-serious-rib-injury-source-says) is “day-to-day” with a rib injury. [Houston’s Tyrod Taylor](https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/32243753/david-culley-houston-texans-qb-deshaun-watson-active-thursday-night-tyrod-taylor-day-day) is also day-to-day, with a hamstring injury, but even if he is not ready to go for Thursday’s game, the Texans don’t plan on activating Deshaun Watson. And, [Chicago’s Andy Dalton](https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/32244184/the-chicago-bears-say-quarterback-andy-dalton-remains-their-starter-healthy-early-tests-show-no-acl-tear) has a knee injury, though the extent of it is not yet clear (though the Bears say it isn’t an ACL tear). Coach Matt Nagy says that Dalton will remain their starter, if he’s healthy. ---

To play Devil’s advocate, the game was getting pretty chippy (especially DK Metcalf) so I think it wasn’t just that play that led to a flag, but the officials wanted to try to put a lid on the overall extra-curricular stuff going on during the game. ---
