Tony Romo just said that Mahomes will probably have to go on the road for a playoff game this year. Wrong. KC will likely host a playoff game, because they will win the West, but then they will lose to the Browns or Bills. And I’m a Chiefs fan. ---

Aren’t you and Romo saying the same thing? Or did Romo mean on the road for the _first_ game? Or do you mean Chiefs lose their first? I’d agree with that. ---

I think he’s saying the Chiefs will lose their 1st playoff game (which will be at home,) such that the Chiefs _still_ don’t play a road playoff game. ---

Purdy having an uncharacteristically bad game. I’m loving the defensive battle. Turnovers, unusual plays, this is reminiscent of the old Ravens-Steelers rivalry. Good D’s. We may get a rematch of Super Bowl XLVII a few weeks from now. SB preview game. ---

Just saw a stat that the Ravens scored on 6 drives in a row, which hasn’t been done to the 49ers since 2004. They’re just dominating on both sides of the ball. Another stat; Lamar Jackson is 19-1 against NFC teams in his career. That’s crazy. ---

Pride of the NFC 49ers got their asses smacked around by 3 of the AFC North teams. For the Browns to win the division the Ravens would have to lose out to the Steelers and Dolphins, which might be like a 20% chance because the Dolphins are good and Ravens-Steelers games are always close, and the Browns have to win out against the Jets and Bengals which is probably at least a 50% chance, so not a great chance overall but it’s not too much of a long shot. It’d be nice to have a home playoff game but at least they will very likely have the 5th seed that gets to play the winner of the AFC South which is a much better seed than any of the other wild cards.
