Why in the hell is Greg Gumbel still announcing? Let alone important games. I generally don’t care about announcers at all, so he has to be pretty uniquely terrible for me to take notice. ---

When i played rugby as a kid, the first thing our coaches drummed into our heads was “Play the whistle.” Why did 11 Steelers and 10 Ravens stand around while a live ball sat there on te field? ---

Yeah, it’s been an epidemic in the league this year. There are usually 1 or 2 bullshit holding calls in every game like that where a guy gets knocked to the ground because he’s getting dominated or is off balance and they call it “holding” and half the time the retarded announcers confirm it saying he was “pulled to the ground” even the holder was on top of him. On that play it looked the the Steeler may have even flopped to get the call. ---

Less than 50 yards to a touchdown with a minute and a half. Sorry, I just can’t see Flacco doing it. If they do score, Harbaugh should go for two. The rythym of this game is all Pittsburgh now. ---

That second-half performance by Baltimore (or, at least, by the offense) was one of the worst halves of football i can remember.
