The Packers now have no picks in the third round (unless they trade up), and only compensatory picks (two of them) in the end of the fourth. I like Jerel Worthy, he could be a stud, but he is not without his issues. And Heyward is certainly a need, but he wasn’t really on my radar and likely could have been had cheaper if they waited into the third round. They certainly went out to fill their needs on defense, which is nice. ---

Might be a bit of a reach and he’s a great run support/zone guy, not an obvious fit for the Rams. Wonder if he’s going to be a SS or Nickel. ---

He’s a much better blocker than Miller, key for Peyton so I see the logic. The Colts double TE pick was pretty bizarre. I guess they are channeling the Pats here and think Luck will flourish in a lot of 2 TE sets. The downside is neither Fleener or Allen can block worth a squirt. Luck might get his ass handed to him. ETA: OHHHHHH, 3rd round punter! The Jags strike again! ---

Starting to pencil some guys in for the Bears. Would LOVE to get Jemell Fleming here, he’s a man-to-man guy but I think Emery might break the Bears of this myopic view when it comes to DBs. Fleming is too good an athlete and too versatile to pass up. Maybe an OL here. Massie, Brooks, Sanders? Luke Nix is a popular choice on the inside but he should be there in round 4. ---

I don’t like Crick as a 4-3 DT or Lewis as a Sam/Will LB. Lewis is really poor in coverage. Miller is a guy I’d be pretty happy with. ETA: Why’d the Chiefs take another OT?
