Who’s gonna grab Reiff? Bears? I don’t know what sort of blocker he was, but if he can play RT, the Browns can complete an elite line for Richardson. ---

Wow, a bit of a reach for Irvin. I just watched some tape and he looked decent at times, but if he got locked up, he couldn’t release from a block. The guys on the radio here are drooling over him, though. Make that a big reach, my board has him rated #76. ---

Kirkpatrick has a relatively short rap sheet for a Bengal. I guess he’ll have to get a felony sometime during training camp to catch up. Looks like there’s going to be someone good at #22. Reiff, Wright or Hill, that DE from USC… ---

Bears are going O-line here, right? Browns 2 young guards are promising but I’d trade up for Decastro anyway. Decastro and Glenn/Massie/That guy from Stanford in round 2 and instantly best OL in the NFL, all young too. Don’t let the Bengals get DeCastro. DeCastro at #19 or 20, RT in the 2nd, and Richardson runs for 4000 yards. Woo! Who the hell is that? DeCastro or Reiff for 22! ---

Interesting start. Some thoughts so far: 1. Tampa Bay drops two spots and gets an additional 4th round pick from the Jags. Vikings drop one spot and gets a fourth round pick AND a fifth round and seventh round from the Browns. In a draft of 6 studs, moving out of the fifth spot for just a 4th rounder isn’t smart to me. 2. Lots of question marked DE’s flying off the board. 3. Dolphins are dumb for drafting Tannehill so high, but at least they weren’t dumb enough to trade up to get him.l 4. If I had my choice between Fletcher Cox and Dontari Poe, I’d take Fletcher Cox 11 times out of 10. I usually like the Chiefs’ drafts, but this isn’t a good start. 5. Jags make a great move to move up cheaply … and grab a limited upside player. ---

Please Pats take your DE. I’m gonna cream myself if the Browns land DeCastro and then Glenn/Massie/Martin. Richardson will look like the second coming of Jim Brown and McCoy won’t even need to do anything. I know the Browns are high on their young guards so if they pass up DeCastro for Wright I will be pretty pissed, the draft is just falling into our laps to give us the best running game in the NFL in one fell swoop after having one of the worst last year. ---
