Gazoo - I don’t have the foggiest idea what’s going to happen this season, but your weekly predictions are always a joy to read. Great to have you back, and good luck to ya. One little question, though…since when did the entire freaking universe revolve around the Redskins?? If I were a Cowboys fan, I’d be climbing the walls! (Well, actually I’d already be climbing the walls over the state of the team, but never mind.) ---

I-G-G-L-E-S Iggles!!! A center would be nice and the recievers have a whole lot of fucking up to do. That being said, I think it will be an exciting year in Philly. I went to last weeks pre-season game. The fans are already fired up. GO EAGLES!!! ---

…and sexier too. I’m liking the predictions about Bucs vs. Dallas. The way our defense is set up this year, I’ll take bets on the prediction that we’ll have the top defense in the league cinched by week 3, at the latest. But we did lose our defensive coordinator to who, Seattle I think, sometime in the offseason. Doesn’t worry me much though. Anyone know what happened with the turf dispute in Philly? ---

To the point of laying own a layer of asphalt under the turf before the Iggles game, then tearing it up before the Phillies game. Philly will _not_ be made fun of again this year. Over the turf anyway. **Montfort** - The Iggles have two of the finer DBs in the laegue. They don’t have much depth at the position though. It could spell trouble. ---

If he left the Bucs it would be as a head coach, but I don’t see it happening anytime soon. Lovie Smith was the Bucs’ linebacker coach and he is now the Rams’ defensive coordinator. They’ve also installed the Bucs’ defensive scheme in NY, where Herman Edwards is now the Jets’ head coach. He was the Bucs’ defensive backfield coach and assistant coach until this year and is a class act, a bit in the Dungy mold, which NY definitely needs. Also Edwards took Damien Robinson with him. Dexter Jackson has replaced Robinson at safety for the Bucs. ---

Well, the Dallas/TB game wasn’t nearly as spread as anyone expected, and I’ll admit I was a little nervous until Lynch came through on the big interception. And **ShibbOleth** , what happened to my game-day jersey? I haven’t heard anything else from you about it since a couple weeks ago. But talk about a big upset, Carolina beats Minnesota??? Nobody was expecting that one. The Bengals win against the Pats kind of threw me for a minute, but then I realized that New England ain’t much of a team without Flutie. That’s all I have to add, thanks. ---
