I’m not so heavily invested (pun unintended) in Gamepass. Of course, it helps that I haven’t had a local team other than the Chargers to root for in over two decades. I’m fine with watching compressed games later on, even if I already know the outcomes. It’s more like watching game tape for me, for use in fantasy later on. Think of me as the Cris Collinsworth of fantasy. And I look a little bit like him, too. 😃 ---

And in a completely unrelated topic, could the Bears possibly look any worse? I realize it’s only a preseason game, but it’s _the_ preseason game, and the Chiefs are making them look like a hot mess. There are only so many times I can watch their receivers drop balls. ---

Just been informed that Romo has a broken bone in his back and could be out 2 months How can someone be so stupid to scramble in a preseason game. Romo was that dumb? ---

Really, it was a freak accident, but it’s a rough game, and they all know they’re always one play away from a career-ending injury, e.g. Bo Jackson. Sucks to be a Dallas fan, though. ---

Brady is suspended for the first four regular season games, and I’m pretty sure he knows the playbook and doesn’t have to compete for the starter position, but even he was out there this week. ---

The San Antonio newspaper’s headline Saturday morning (from an article taken from the Fort Worth paper) was “Cowboys Dodge a Bullet”. Welp. Since the Packers made it through Game 3 without a major injury (unlike last year) I can chuckle. ---
