# NFL: Touchdown call reversed but still celebration penalty

The penalty is for acting like a trained circus performer… it doesn’t matter if he is celebrating a TD, or a great plat, that put them in position for a score, or just the fact that it is 3 and 6. You act in a taunting way it is a flag.
