Travis Benjamin was among the best PRs in the league last year before losing his knee. Now he’s incredibly gutless and useless. May get cut after this game. ---

I just heard a bud light radio ad that aid something about some super fan who spent the 97 Browns season calculating some blah blah stat things. I’m sure those are generic and each team just gets the name changed but _facepalm nfl_ On the oth hand, the 1997 Browns season will probably beat the 2014 one. ---

Ok, cut Benjamin right now. Second time he called a fair catch with no one within 15 yards. I don’t know what kind of epic speech Pettine gave at halftime, or maybe he raped a linebacker in front of everyone, but this has been a crazy change at the half. ---

Yuck, ack, and phooey. Saints lost to the Falcons in OT. Colston fumbled, Bryant hit another 50+ FG for the win. And now I get to miss the second game while I go to my office and do some work so I can watch the night game. ---

I watched the Jets-Raiders game: not stupendous football. Geno Smith really \*could \*be good. His arm is strong enough, he has above average accuracy, and he makes several plays with his legs every game. But he plays \*dumber \*than any QB I’ve seen in a while. Takes unnecessary big hits down the field (this week it caused him to fumble inside the 5), when he’s pressured he usually sprints backwards (this week it caused him to take a 19-yard sack on 3rd down from the Raiders’ 25 in the 4th Quarter with his team needing a FG to make it a two-score game), etc., etc. I don’t why they thought Michael Vick, whose whole career has been centered around doing dumb shit, would make a good mentor. ---

Sure glad to see that there are going to be a lot more penalties this year. The game was getting awfully boring, without many penalties to keep me on the edge of my seat. ---

That Romo is really accurate, only one incomplete pass in 14 throws. What? What do you mean? So the guys in the red jerseys caught three of them, it is still a completed pass. Right? ---
