The Giants were just saved 35 or 40 yards because they committed a penalty. A foul after the play like taunting shouldn’t be offset by a foul during the play. That just makes no sense whatsoever. Fouls after the play should offset each other and fouls during the play should offset, but if your team holds, the other team completes a play and is called for taunting, those calls should not offset each other. That being said, Jackson is a complete bonehead. ---

That being said, Jackson is a complete bonehead. The rules are the rules though and they all know the rule. Besides if you don’t want taunting having the penalty being that extreme makes sense and I agree there should not be taunting, act like you’ve been there before. ---

Since when does a personal foul after a play negate that play? I’ve never seen that before. It’s usually a 15 yard penalty from the spot of the ball, or on kickoff if it’s a touchdown. I think the Eagles got robbed by the refs. ---

A friend of mine is quoting the rule book at me and saying that a foul during play cannot offset a foul after the whistle. Wasn’t the foul on the Giants during play and the taunting after the whistle? ---

I’ve seen this game five times this season. I don’t see anything that indicates this ends differently than the other 4th quarter meltdowns. ---
