The Browns should actually be a pretty great screen team, but every time they do a screen it’s tackled for a loss or broken up. You know how occasionally you’ll hear the MLB saying “Watch the screen!”? Well, I think our center is instructed to say that, because the defense knows every single time for certain. ---

My god. I’ve never seen offensive pass interference called on a running back, and it was completely made up in this case. ---

I’m no fan of Hardesty, but he’s outplayed Richardson this year. Really hoping it’s the knee/rib thing for Trent. Edit: Just as I say that, big drop. I wonder if Richardson is hurt. ---

Cleveland Browns 2012 are kicking the shit out of Cleveland Browns 2008, so that’s nice. In fact I can’t remember the last time the Browns had a dominating win. Pats '10 I guess. ---

It was a strange game in Pittsburgh. The Steelers just couldn’t get out of their own end, and the Chargers didn’t self-destruct for once. I couldn’t get a good look at that lateral that got called as a TD, though if I had to guess, I’d say it was a forward pass. ---

Quite a good day to own Marshawn Lynch and the Seattle defense in fantasy. Especially since Ryan Lindley is now in at quarterback for the Cardinals and more than capable of throwing three more picks in a half. ETA: As I type this, Seattle just sacked Lindley and recovered his fumble. ---

For the second time this season, the Panthers were the best team on the field against the Falcons. This time they actually won the game. The Falcons may be the softest 11 - 2 team I can remember. Oh, and the Panthers won the coin toss for the first time in 13 tries (including once in OT.) ---

There are animals in the Phoenix Zoo who could play quarterback better than John Skelton or Ryan Lindley. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see Whisenhunt fired tomorrow morning.
