I have to miss half of the games on Sunday because I have other things to do. (Case in point, I could only watch yesterday’s game up until halfway through the 3rd quarter and had to follow the last part on my phone by looking up the score every now and then.) A Saturday evening game is perfect for me. I just don’t like the optics of it. But yeah, that time slot is very convenient for me personally, and I’m sure I can watch the whole thing. ---

Falcons were handling the Rams pretty well until the end of Q3. The Rams blocked a field goal attempt and returned it for a TD. A block 6 ! One play changed the game around. ---

This win by Atlanta sets up a scenario I’m not sure I’ve seen before. If Tampa Bay beats Carolina on Saturday, they’re tied for the division lead at 8-9. If Atlanta also wins their last game, they join the tie, and Carolina wins that three-team tiebreaker. If Atlanta loses, Tampa Bay wins the two-team tiebreaker with Carolina. So you’d have the scenario where the fate of Tampa Bay and Carolina completely depends on the outcome of a Saints - Falcons game that’s between two eliminated teams. ---

The Rams lost and are now locked into the #6 seed, and will have nothing to play for against Arizona next week. ---

The Rams can still get the 5 seed, if they beat Arizona and the 49ers lose to Seattle. ---

You’re right, I thought the Niners would win the tiebreaker, but it would be the Rams. Haha, Rams fans rooting for Seattle to win… (Though really they can just say they’re rooting for the Niners to lose.) ---
