Time to dish some pain to hOrton hears a hoo and company. I expect the Bengals D-line and LB’s to shutter the run game as Moreno is out and McGahee is no great shakes…if Lloyd doesn’t play it could be a long day for the Bronco’s defense as the offense will struggle to move the ball. Really curious to see how Dalton bounces back from his wrist injury from the Cleveland game. The less Gradkowski I see the better. Tough place to play but the Bengals defense is legit and so is Benson and the run blocking from the line, which I expect the Bengals to do a lot of. Bengals in a close one 14-10. ---

Bears are off to a pretty good start even though the Saints are coming at them like med men. We’ll see which team breaks first. Hope Bennett isn’t hurt too badly, looked like he just got the wind knocked out of him. ---

This Bears game is a clinic on differing defensive styles. The Bears play straight up and physically attack you, the Saints are all gadgets and trickery. Both have been pretty successful so far. ---

With the Urlacher/Kruetz storylines it’s been forgotten that Forte is coming back home to play in front of friends and family. Seems like he’s looking to put on a show. Still, we need to get Barber back before long, he needs some help out there. ---

God damn it. Major Wright needs to stop giving those big plays up. I’d be shocked if we don’t see Merriweather for the rest of the game at FS after that horseshit. ---

That final drive before the half was huge. Got some Mo back and put points on the board, all on Forte. Kid’s having a monster game so far. Hope Carimi’s injury isn’t serious, we really need him back out there. Though Omiyale stepped in and played soundly for the final few plays of the drive, I really don’t want Gregg Williams to have time to go to work on him. ---

God drive, hope they can keep it up, but that was some kinda shitty time management. Granted, we lost that last time-out wen Gabe got hurt, but it seems like they ate up a lot of time unnecessarily. Probably could’ve got a few more plays in there. ---

Lions are up 20 to 3 at the half. The 2 KC interceptions were helpful. So were the personal fouls. ---

Martz needs to run the damn ball. This is the type of play calling that got us into trouble last season. Where the hell is Roy Williams? I missed the pregame and I don’t think I’ve seen him all game, is he inactive today? ---
