The browns secondary is weak but the front 7 is seriously impressive. Last week they held Miami to 20 rush yards and they’ve been dominating the rats too. It’s a whole new defense too. ---

Incidental touching of the punter after you almost blocked a punt is the dumbest thing to be a penalty. ---

Browns d pitching a shutout in the half. Unfortunately they may end up winning 6-3 but this d is fun to watch. Desmond Bryamt has been amazing. Not sure why he wasn’t considered the top FA on the market. ---

IMHO the Touchback rule is stupid. Specially the Cobb bounce off the pylon. Clearly not a touchdown, and he did lose the ball, but to give the ball to Washington seems silly. Didn’t really matter. Brian ---

What exactly is the substitution rule? I always hear that if the offense substitutes, they have to allow the defense to as well. But how much time does the defense have to do so? What if the offense doesn’t substitute? Can the defense, so long as they have 11 men on the field when the ball is snapped?
