Scab refs screwed browns out of what would’ve probably been their only touchdown of the year.
Don’t they usually do that in preseason? You got two games out of them, better than usual.
I liked the letter the players sent to the NFL. It basically said that they did not understand how the owners could have a commissioner who fined and suspended players willy-nilly in the name of “player safety” and yet they could continue to allow the lockout to continue. (badly paraphrased, mostly due to my bad memory…)

Here’s the basic explanation of the play.
It’s just not done in the NFL. At this level the defenders are significantly (and consistently) faster than the offensive lineman (who, in the NFL, are primarily chosen for their ability to pass protect), and NFL QBs are typically not fast enough to have enough of an advantage to make the play successfully gain yards.

The refs just gave SF a challenge they were not allowed to usE and ended up giving the Niners a turnover from it.
And now they have tiven the Niners a fourth timeout. Amazing.
