Since I hate Rex Ryan, I am loving the Jets game. To be fair, Rex was did not do his usual “the mouth that roared” routine this year. But I have enough left-over resentment from previous years to last a while. Unfortunately, FOX deemed the game too boring and switched to a closer one. ---

Brutal way to lose for the Panthers. Up by 1 with 1 minute left, and they down a punt on Atlanta’s 1 yard line. Ryan throws a 60-yd pass to Roddy White, then they easily get in FG range and win the game. Panthers’ secondary sucks. ---

I’ll admit I was hoping Buffalo might win but not really expecting it to happen. I just wish they hadn’t toyed with me first by running up a 14 point lead before throwing the game away. ---

Saints are hanging with the Packers at halftime, only down 21-14. Got burned on a gutsy fake punt, which led to a TD that’s the difference in the game right now. ---

Rodgers left the game after apparently getting poked in the eye on a facemask penalty against the Saints. His backup comes in on first and goal, fumble on the handoff, Saints recover… ---
