Who dey!?!?
Who dey couldn’t even come up with their own slogan?!
Nearly halftime and the Broncos have managed to not embarrass themselves yet. I still expect them to lose, but if they win and I get booted from Survival in Week 4 I’ll have deserved it for picking against the team I root for.
Eh, not the “Who Dat” versus “Who Dey” argument again!
3-1 looks pretty fine where I’m sitting. Especially since the Bengals played 3 of 4 on the road to open the season. Now we get 6 of 8 at home, and get back our defensive maniac Vontaze Burfict along with Joe Mixon for our next game against the Fins. I’m liking our chances to win the division this season with Pittsburgh seemingly in free fall and the Browns struggling to win games.
I agree that the Browns are vastly improved. They’re really not far removed from being 4-0.
Chiefs now 4-0 with 3 wins on the road, and 2 division wins on the road. They shouldn’t have won tonight, but it’s a win.
I want to know how they managed to cause the Broncos to screw up right at the end when it mattered? Under-the-table payments? Taunts about “your mother!”? Radio-controlled footballs?
Giving up some yardage on 2nd and 30 is okay. Letting that long play happen on 3rd was terrible.
I don’t mind the attempt at the hook and ladder. They had to convert, and unless it’s a successful out route there’s no guarantee of getting the play off before time runs out. High risk, high reward end of game trick play that just didn’t work.
That bad throw Keenum had on I believe 2nd down to an uncovered receiver which would probably have been the game-winning score seemed like the low point for the Broncos.
That’s the play I was thinking about last night when I wrote that the Chiefs shouldn’t have won the game.
And the hook and ladder, if successful, probably results in a touchdown. There was a blocker leading the way and just one defender to beat.
It is now reported that Hicks will not be suspended after bumping the official.
And in “Duh Doy” news, Jon Gruden is amazed that the best player that he got rid of is making huge plays for his new team.
Colts touch Brady’s helmet. Roughing the passer. Not exaggerating here.
Patriots dogpile on Luck. Brutal pile-on. No flag.
Seriously? Oh and these happened within minutes of each other in the same game. Some of the most blatant bias I’ve seen in a game, they’re not even being subtle.
