Was there a thread on this? I tried searching and couldn’t find one.

Anyway, I got an email from the Chicago Bears today containing an add from one of the items in their Official Bears Store ™.

[The Bears Transformers Backpack](http://store.chicagobears.com/Chicago-Bears-Transformer-Backpack.aspx), the go anywhere backpack that can fold up into its own front pocket. According to the webpage, it’s perfect for travel, school, and Chicago Bears games.

[record scratching noise]

Wait a minute, are these allowed at NFL games? [The NFL policy](http://www.nfl.com/qs/allclear/index.jsp) on bringing bags into the stadium says they gots to be clear and not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". This guy is clearly opaque, and its dimensions are 13" x 10" x 9"

Just because they’re perfect for a Bears game doesn’t mean they’re allowed in.
