I just ran across [this baby naming site](http://momsonline.babynamer.com/) which not only gives you alternate spellings, heritage and meaning of a name, but also a list of ‘drawbacks’. And after going through the list of names my parents risked my being called, and laughing till I hurt, I strongly urge you to do the same. For the name Michelle, the teasing names were: Bitchy Michy (I LIKE this one) Mushy Tushy (I’m working on getting rid of this one) Missle Fart :eek: Elle (Hey! This used to be my screen name!) Michello-Jello Mic Hell Michi (ahem!) and, last but not least… Michelob There were a ton more for Michelle, but they were just too stupid to mention. ---
