Lyrics aside, this song, and the band in general, is just crappy. I mean, who could possibly call that noise these guys generate musical? Its just dull, grinding, droning noise. ---

I used to really hate Nickelback, too. But every once in a while I’d hear a new song on the radio and not realize it was them at first. “Dude, you know that new song that’s getting way too much play? I LOVE it!” “Which song?” “That one. The good one. Not like the other shit from those bands that all sound the same.” “That’s Nickelback, dude.” “…Oh.” After four or five conversations like that, I decided not to fight it anymore. I like Nickelback! ---

I also like Nickelback!! If the “sex” and “machochism” songs offend you, do you happen to listen to Meatloaf by chance? Maybe “By the dashboard light”? That is a sex song. Do you not hear the “bases” lyrics? Those totally equate to sex. I’ll tell ya, I saw Nickelback in concert 2 years ago when they were brand new at the Rolling Rock Festival in Latrobe PA and they were by far the best band there out of Default, Tommy Lee, Outkast, Godsmack, etc. If sex songs weren’t around we wouldn’t have music. Just my .02 cents, take it or leave it. 😃 ---
