Um… What does this have to do with demonizing tobacco?
Seems to me like they are trying to combat terrorism, though I must say that my respect for terrorists has decreased greatly if they are getting their funding these days by cigarette taxes. I mean, can pan-handling be far behind?
“hey guy, can you spare some change for a terrorist?”
I dunno–that might work. I mean, if you pay em, you don’t get bombed, right?
