# Night of the shootings: Kent State too?

I’m hearing rumblings on Twitter that there’s a lockdown at Kent State also after reports of a shot fired.

Anyone else hearing this?

Two places where there have been shootings already, this is weird. Terrible, but weird.

[Apparently no known injuries, a suspect description is out](http://www.wkyc.com/story/news/2014/04/02/kent-shot-fired/7232251/). Lockdown over for most of campus, evacuation under way.

From what I’ve read from peers (I went to KSU) it was just a “shots fired” and no one was killed or injured.

About a month too early for shooting season there…
