If you add someone now and they decline, it asks them if they know you outside of Facebook. If they click no, you get the screen that **BigT** got, telling you to stop bugging strangers.

As a woman on the internet, I appreciate this. I get several friend requests a week from weirdo dudes I do not know, rarely along with messages. When the messages do come, they are gold. My favorite came back in June, it said:
