Yes they do. It’s one of the main markets for that kind of sportswear, after all.

Err, the **Taliban** is? I don’t think the Taliban are that big on women in sports. AFAICT the main market for the Nike sports hijab is female Muslim athletes in [Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and North America](https://news.nike.com/news/nike-pro-hijab). I doubt they’re selling a lot of sports hijabs in Afghanistan.

OP seems to have never seen a sports hijab before. Lots of companies make not just hijabs but entire lines of modest active wear.

Afghanistan is. The Taliban would love to see women disappear altogether, but so long as they don’t, there is such a thing as Afghani female athletes.
