It is only a problem if you get caught. Nobody is going around looking in anyones bedroom…at least I hope not. OTOH, it is nice to see the values of the 50’s alive and well, even if it is the 1750’s.

So the woman who sat in a chair and gave a 100’s long line of guys b.j.'s for $20/pop during Mardi Gras would be in deep shit, I guess.

In South Carolina, all sex except the missionary position is illegal. The only time I heard of it being enforced (and this probably isn’t true–friend of a friend told me about it) is when some teenage couple was found having sex at a park in the non-missoinary position, and they got fined for it.

In GA a couple of years ago, there was a case where a man was brought up on charges of sodomy.
It started out as a bitter divorce, and in the course of the divorce, the woman said that the estranged husband had raped her.
There was no evidence of violence or forcible entry. All indications was that the sex was consentual, and that the woman had made up the rape story,
However. . . .
During the course of the testimony, it turned out that the guy admitted performing oral sex on his estranged wife.
That’s illegal in GA!
So, the wife’s attorneys filed sodomy charges against the man.
Unfortunately, I don’t know how it turned out, but I assume that those charges were ultimately dropped.
