> **WorldEater** I’m sorry. I did not AT ALL mean that how it sounded. I wasn’t telling you to adjust your language…It was meant in jest for me, and may have gotten that point across if I had actually proofread the first sentence to read:

**Faruiza** , unless I am severely mistaken, it isn’t against the rules to swear in **any** forum. Just not _at_ other posters. If I am severely mistaken, then I #@\*%$# apologize.

Mebbe. I read it differently though. Fer instance, “most” bars do not have cameras keeping an eye on the bartenders. That was the first use of “most” I noticed in this thread and I just extrapolated, perhaps mistakenly, from there.

I have been in several, though, that easily have 6 to 10 bartenders working a shift. Heck even little ole Texarkana has a country dance club with usually at least 6 bartenders working at the 4 or 5 separate bars.

Then things have changed since my disco-patronizing days. I remember several which had only small bars where patrons could sit and then a large service-type bar for the floor staff.

> I know a guy who makes a living as a restaurant & bar “auditor”. His mission is to pose as an unsavvy customer and, knowing essentially all the tricks, determine how many of them are being pulled. He’s been doing this for more than 10 years, is apparently good at it, has no shortage of work, and says that a bar of any size where some angles are not being regularly worked is unusual. A bar owner that isn’t on the ball can expect to be robbed blind.

I wonder how you become one of those. (a _paid_ bar auditor!) 😛
