ARMRA colostrum? (Second R is backwards)
WTF?
I’m not using this supplement. Ever.
That just sounds wrong. So wrong.
ARMRA sounds alittle too close to Armour. Is this a byproduct I don’t wanna think about?
Nope nope nope.

I never heard of it, so I looked it up. The first thing I saw was “Modern living breaks down your immune barrier. ARMRA is the first smart superfood that builds it back.”
That’s all I need to know. It’s bullshit.
There’s been interest and some preliminary research into using bovine colostrum (first milk from cows produced shortly after giving birth) for human conditions.
There’s a dearth of proven applications for colostrum.
Much of the recent research published on the topic appears in the open access journal Nutrients, which does not have the best of reputations. Some studies relate to bovine colostrum’s use in athletes; the results are mixed at best.
As for ARMRA, when you look for supporting research on the company website, you’re directed to a single unimpressive study done by a contract lab that does testing for the “natural products” industry. It involved cells in tissue culture, not human beings.
The website promo material contains red flags for anyone familiar with supplement industry hype - i.e. mentions of countering “toxins”, leaky mucosal barrier alarmism, vague references to boosting metabolism and energy as well as the immune system.* “ARMRA’s never-before-done colostrum concentrate removes the compounds your body doesn’t need” Um, what?
You’d be paying $$$ for what amounts to an unproven product.
*one wonders how that purported boosting of immune function might correlate with development of autoimmune problems. Even if the stuff puts your immune system in overdrive is that necessarily a good thing?
Yes and don’t forget it’s gross as hell
First off, cow milk is for baby cows. I’m pretty sure colostrum from their mother’s is for them too.
Let’s think about how they’re getting this colostrum.
Nevermind, I don’t wanna know.
Nope.
