I didn’t quite read the whole thread. What’s this **Exgineer** posted about tropical fish in tomato paste shooting your in-laws’ outlaw tennis shoe-wearing Star Trek monkey geeks’ hatracks with high-energy particle weapons (1920’s style?) from the Concorde?

Ya know **Kallessa** we painted a chalkboard castle on one wall and a square chalkboard with magnetic paint on another wall. It’s pretty cool but you can only hang light magnets on it… I think for the boy I may hang a regular old piece of metal painted with chalkboard paint. You learn as you go I guess 🙂
You also never leave anyone under the age of 21 alone with markers or crayons or chalk. The nice thing about chalk is it vaccuums up fairly readily. I’ve also learned washable crayons have a finite period of time after which they don’t wash off as well! Washable markers - well they just lie!

Tropical tomato fish are putting in the carpet at **Rue’s**? Wow, genetic engineering is advancing by leaps and bounds. But I understand that you can’t use the tropical tomato fish for skeet shooting–the ketchup stains are just terrible!
And it’s against the carpet-laying fish union contract.
Frogs are scabs, though, so they’re fair game.

Perhaps that should read “to be thought by you to be deeply . . .” Otherwise it sounds as though you were the one who warped me, and that’s just not true.
My own mother warped me, and I became deeply twisted all by myself.
The frogs may also be used as emergency tennis balls.

Well, you did pick up on the fact that I’m not Frank cause there were no chickens or pigs involved. And I’m not Doug cause I didn’t put a waterfall in the living room. (I think he was the one that did that on TS one time.)
Did I mention that **Rue** is putting astro turf in the hallway and on into the guest bathroom? I’m also picturing slate green wall paper down the hall to the guest bath with big shasta daisies on it. He put a matching green toilet seat and tank cover, which **Rue** himself crocheted, on the toilet. He hung a swag lamp in the bathroom too.

Well, **FCM** I thought it was wierd too until **Rue** hung that beaded glass chandelier in his garage. Did I mention the eggshell berber carpeting installed on the ceiling of the guest room, and the lamp he made out of an Uzi that sits on the sideboard in the dining room?

And people consider my monopoly themed bathroom strange! At least there is no crocheted stuff involved 🙂
I’ll never forget the episode when they put hay on the walls in one room! Hay! In a house with small children! I had to say I wasn’t impressed with that one. To their credit the people did try to talk the designer out of putting up the hay but failed. Personally I would have refused and just tossed the hay. Ok; hay no longer looks like a word to me.
I’d love for Vern to do all the grown up spaces in my house and for Frank to do the kid spaces. Just in case my neighborhood ever ends up with people in it that I’d be friends with enough to be on the show it is nice to have a plan.
Oh and **Swampy** the shasta daisy wallpaper really needs to be bright blue or bright yellow. The green just doesn’t pop 🙂
