Is there a restriction to smoking in the corporate or sales offices at tobacco companies?

It depends on the laws in the jurisdictions they are in. If a municipality has a law saying all office buildings are to be smoke-free, it doesn’t matter if everyone in that building wants to smoke.
Durham is obviously a tobacco hot bed here in North Carolina, and the laws there just made it very difficult to legally smoke anywhere.
Now, if there are no laws, it is up to the businesses there, though I imagine a landlord on rental office property might also have some say as to whether you can smoke there or not.
