[No-Bake Chocolate Kahlua Cheesecake](http://food-porn.livejournal.com/4580330.html?thread=51443178) For crust: 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs ¼ cup (or ½ stick) butter, melted 2 Tbsp sugar Dash of cinnamon For Cheesecake: ½ envelope unflavored gelatin ¼ cup sugar ½ cup boiling water 1 pkg cream cheese, 8oz. ½ tsp vanilla extract 1-2 oz Kahlua Chocolate syrup for swirl topping Grease a small pie pan. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, 2 Tbsp sugar, and cinnamon. Press into bottom and sides of pie pan. Chill in freezer while preparing the filling. Mix gelatin and ¼ cup sugar in small bowl. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin completely dissolves, about 5 minutes. Beat cream cheese and vanilla in mixer until smooth. Then slowly beat in gelatin mixture and Kahlua. Pour into prepared crust. Make a spiral pattern with the chocolate syrup. Using a knife, draw careful shallow lines from the center outwards as if you were cutting slices. It should look like a spiderweb! Refrigerate until firm, a minimum of three hours. It’s better if left overnight. ---

Cafe across the street from where I work added donuts a couple of months back. In the mix they had 3 regular long johns and 3 with bacon on top. Every day when I’d work the later shift, they’d be sold out of the regular long johns but have two or even all three of the bacon ones sitting there. They finally stopped carrying them this week. The Age of Bacon is over. ---
