By “suitcase bombs,” I actually meant anything that could be non-militarily portable. Being an Oklahoma City resident, in my mind I was also seeing a Ryder truck. Sorry for the unfortunate term use. Whether a squibbed a-bomb (like in the book version of _Sum of All Fears_ ), an inefficient fission reaction explosion, or a radiological device, I still think the possibilities have been around for a while. And I’m surprised something hasn’t happened yet. Now, excuse me while I reline my hats with a good fresh layer of tin foil. 🙂 ---
