A judge with such an obvious and unconstitutional bias needs to be removed from the bench. ---

Somehow I didn’t understand the nature of this hearing the first time around. The judge was asked to make a ruling on the baby’s last name and decided to order his first name changed as well. So she made an order that had nothing to do with the issue before her. Somehow that makes this extra stupid. ---

Having read the story I see she was asked to decide if the baby’s last name would be Martin or McCullough. She chose McCullough and then made the first name Martin because YOLO. Or Jesus, I guess. ---
