To the guy who thinks he’s MORE special because he works in the mall and comes to get food from us every day: YOU ARE NOT MORE SPECIAL THAN ANYONE ELSE! He came up, ordered two breakfast burritos and told me he wanted them for 99 cents each because he had coupons. I asked for the coupons and he said he didn’t have them with him, they were back in his store. I told him unless he had the coupons WITH him I couldn’t give him the special coupon price. He stared at me as if I were an idiot and told me he would BRING me the coupons later. I told him I couldn’t do the coupon price because they check the drawers for the correct amount of coupons and if I didn’t have the right amount of coupons, I’d get in trouble. "So I have to go alll the way back to my store and get my coupons?"he asked and I told him yes. He told me that it was bad customer service to do this to him because he came to our store all the time. I’m thinking “BFD! Just because you work in the mall and we are nice enough to give you coupons, doesn’t mean you are any more special than anyone else, asshole.” and so he goes to get the coupons. About 20 min later, he comes back all sweaty as if he ran to his store to get them and demands I give him his breakfast burritos. Fine. I rang up the burritos and took the coupons. He demanded to see a mgr, who wasn’t there at the time thank goodness.He wanted his burritos made FAST because he’d had to go ALLLLL the way back to his store to get his damned coupons. He told me I sucked, that my customer service sucked and that Sonic sucked in general. I’m still thinking Big Fucking Deal asshole. If you don’t like it, don’t come to my store. Moron. Just as he was leaving, Hassan showed up and he yelled at Hassan for 15 min or so but I didn’t put too much stock in his yelling or else Hassan told him what I told him and placated him with more coupons or something because he went away. We are actually NICE enough to pass out coupons to the mall tenants. We don’t have to,people. IDBB ---

I used to work at Six Flags in one of the concession stands. Sometimes the kids who worked in at the overpriced gift shops thought they were better than us fast-food workers (even though we got paid the same) and they would ask for free food. I gave a girl a bag of cotton candy once and guess who got in trouble. Me! ☹ Hang in there, **IDBB**. ---

**monstro** –He acted as if he were so superior to me because he works down the hall at a place where they have to BEG people to take stupid surveys and then reward them with coupons for places you’ll never go. He told me “I done 100 surveys with you and you treat me this way?C’mon!”. Most of the surveys I’ve done with them have resulted in either stupid coupons I’ll never use or lame $2.00 checks the bank looks at me funny for cashing. I wasn’t about to get my ass in a sling for him. NO way in hell…not when I need this job to get by. IDBB ---

Breakfast burritos are actually pretty good, assuming you’ve made them with good ingredients. Personally, I can’t wrap my head around having FISH for breakfast, but it’s just the way I was raised. Tortillas are a very flexible food item, both literally and figuratively. ---

**SbS** –because the same thing had happened on his LAST visit, or so I overheard when he started yelling at Hassan (an asst mgr). Apparently on his last visit, he was forced to pay the full Mall Employee price (which is regular price with 10% off) and got upset because a couple of other mall employees who were in line ahead of/beside him had gotten THEIR burritos for 99 cents because THEY had coupons. He didn’t have coupons and complained so one of the asst mgrs (Issac) gave him some coupons to make him shut up. He had forgotten his coupons AGAIN and wanted the same special treatment as last time, I suppose. IDBB ---
